Massive Demonstration in Sana’a Denouncing Aggression and Siege

Hundreds of Yemenis took to streets on Friday in a demonstration denouncing the continuous aggression and imposed siege on the Yemeni people at Bab Al-Mandab under the slogan, “The siege and no salary payments created a famine in Yemen.”
Protesters held banners condemning the ongoing aggression and inhumane blockade which read, “Preventing salary payments is an American policy with an international coverage. They also chanted with slogans denouncing the world’s silence and the complicity of the United Nations.
Yemeni civil coalition to monitor the crimes of aggression has confirmed that the legal qualification of the aggression is committing a clear complete genocide. The coalition stated that the United Nations holds legal responsibility toward what’s happening in Yemen of massacres and famine due to the sea, air and land blockade.
The statement of the demonstration said that Yemen will confront the Saudi American aggression generation after another regardless of the field and political progression. Moreover, it noted that the crimes perpetrated by the aggression, including the recent crimes, will drive the Yemeni society into heading to the battlefield in greater numbers.
Statement also demanded the trial of Yemeni ex-president, Hadi, which has pledged to pay the salaries of employees, and it called on the countries of the world to compel the aggression to stop the aggression.
