FM Meets Resident Coordinator of the United Nations for Yemen

Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met on Tuesday UNICEF Resident Representative for Yemen, Julian Harns.

At the meeting, Sharaf delivered Harns a letter to convey it to the UN Secretary General in order to end the aggression and lift the siege, in particular the restrictions on Sana’a International Airport.

The meeting also discussed ways to enhance UNICEF’s role in alleviating the consequences of the barbaric Saudi American aggression and blockade on Yemen

The minister stressed that the Foreign Ministry would provide all necessary facilities to ensure success of UNICEF and all international organizations operating in Yemen.
