Yemen denies claims made by the Saudi-led Coalition Against Sana’a Airport

The General Manager of Civil Aviation and Meteorology denied the usage of the international airport of Sana’a for military operations.

Sana’a International Airport categorically disapproved that the Saudi-led Aggression’s spokesman stated for using the airport for military purposes.  The coalition claim is based on no evidence and the airport is being used for humanitarian aid delivery and the travelling of staff belonging to international organizations, a source reported to Yamanyoon.

These claims were used against Sana’a International airport to keep it closed, especially as there are international voices demanding to open the airport for civil flights . General Manager of Civil Aviation appealed the UN again to put pressure against the coalition countries for opening Sana’a international airport so it starts receiving civil and humanitarian flights.
